Spring has Sprung

Thank God the snow is gone!
It is not easy being shut up in a house with 4 children between the age of 1 and 4 for so many months. What is easy is opening the back door into nature and sanity. There are so many things to see and explore on the other side of the door. I intend to find them all!
I know I am not the only one who is thankful for the change of seasons. I do hope that you all will take advantage of the beauty God has to offer us on the other side of your doors.

God is WONDERFUL!

In todays world, it is real easy to be discouraged. However, if we just open our eyes and look around, we will see God working in every areas of our lives.
Yesterday at 11:45, my son, Ammi, came home! He is our third adopted child and truly another gift from God. God has NEVER made a mistake and, for some reason, He has choosen us to be the parents of another wonderful little child.
With a growing family comes growing needs. A bigger car, a bigger home, a bigger income! God continues to provide. I landed the greatest job I have ever had, we were able to buy a new Honda Odyssey and, we are getting reay to purchase our first home next month. Even though finances will be tight, we can do it with God by our sides.
We give all the glory to God! Alone we could do nothing but with HIm, ALL things are possible!
And on that note, I have a new camera on the way.

In God's favor............

I truly believe we are in God's favor when it comes to adoption. We have already adopted two beautiful, healthy girls in 2004. We are getting ready to bring home our son. Got the call Tuesday night and he will be here by December 1, 2007. AAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

where do I start!!! ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
1. Getting ready to buy a house. Have to find the time to go in and measure the kitchen for cabinetry and actually go and pick out what I want and where I want it. Paint a couple of the rooms different colors and then the BIG MOVE! any volunteers?
2. I have two exchange students right now that are involved in clubs at their high school that I want to be there for them. I am loving every minute of it!
3. Having two 3 1/2 year olds in pre-school is wonderful for all parties involved.
4. Just started back to work after being home for over 4 years. LOVE MY JOB! Photographer!!!!
5. Got an e-mail yesterday about a baby girl who needs to be adopted. We are now being considered for that and praying hard.
6. My car just got hit sitting out in front of my daughters school. Did I mention we were getting ready to trade it in for a mini van so we could fit the whole family in one car? aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!
7. my brain is tired! my head is spinning! I feel dizzy!
I hope everyone remembers, life is short, live it good!

Grand Opening

Well, we opened the studio on Saturday and it has been a blast! In the week before opening, I got to spend a lot of time with all of the other photographers. For the first time in my life, I can actually say, "I LOVE MY JOB"! I wish everyone could say this. Loving my job allows me to always give 100% of me. HOORAY!
